Humane Society to hold golf tournament

CRESTVIEW - The North Okaloosa Humane Society will hold its fourth annual charity golf tournament at Foxwood Country Club on Oct. 8. It will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The format is a fourperson scramble. Enter a team or sign up individually.

Entry forms are available at the Foxwood Country Club pro shop or via e-mail from twtgolf@cox.net or lalti@gulf.net. Cost is $40 per person ($30 for Foxwood members).

The field is limited to the first 30 paid teams, 120 players. A hot dog lunch is included and there will be door prizes. The tournament supports NOAH's care for homeless dogs and cats in the Crestview area.
