Christmas Candlelight Open House

POINT WASHINGTON - The Wesley House at Eden Gardens State Park is open to the public for tours to show off its holiday finery on Dec. 20 from 5-8 p.m.

All the windows are festooned with boughs of holly and wreaths. Each of the rooms is decorated for the season many with gorgeous trees alight with hundreds of tiny bulbs. The walks are lined with candlelit luminaries. Ladies and gentlemen in period dress are "at home" in the house to guide visitors through each room.

The annual event is a testimonial to the loving labor of The Friends of Eden Gardens. Eden Gardens State Park is located in south Walton County, one mile north of U.S. Highway 98 on County Road 395 in historic Point Washington, Florida.

For more information, contact Joyce Owen, Friends of Eden Gardens publicity chairman, (850) 598-6827.
