Whether you are a professional singer or an amateur, our karaoke bars do not discriminate. It is all about having fun and sharing your voice with the world ... even if your voice is not so lovely.

What the heck is karaoke?
Karaoke originated in Japan in the early 1970s. Since its first appearance, karaoke has become a popular form of entertainment in Japan and across the globe.

The ingredients for a successful night of karaoke are willing singers, a public address system, a karaoke jockey (KJ) and prerecorded song selections. If everything is in the mix, the KJ slaps on a selected song and a willing singer takes hold of the microphone. The prerecorded selection is then set to play over speakers in tempo with a video screen. The singer follows along with the words by reading the lyrics off the scrolling screen.
