NICEVILLE, FL — The 2nd annual By the Bayou Arts & Eats Festival will be 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 10 at St. Jude’s Episcopal Church, 200 North Partin Dr. All proceeds go to support the Children’s Neighborhood.
