Back to the old days at Holiday Isle

DESTIN — Holiday Isle Properties transports their guests to a time when the beach felt like your own island and customer service reigned supreme.

“We capture a part of Destin that people remember from the old days,” said owner Pat Denny. “At some of the larger condominiums there are so many people you feel like you’re crammed on the beach like a sardine. Our rentals have a lower density on the beach so you get a lot more privacy.”

Denny has been with the company for 27 years and took ownership in 2009. She said customer service is top priority for her and her staff.

“I like dealing with the people and I like making people happy when they get here,” Denny said. “We care about our guests and because of that we have a large amount of repeat customers.”

Holiday Isle has multiple properties from efficiency housing with a full bath and kitchen to six-bedroom homes that are gulf front, bayside access or are a short walk from the beach. Denny said she offers guests competitive pricing for rentals.

Amenities include discounts on local attractions, free DVD rentals and sports gear for rentals with courts.

“No matter your budget or your needs, we will have something for you,” she said.
